Sabudana Wada

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Sabudana (Sago)
  • 4 Boiled Potatoes (3 Cups Grated)
  • 8 Tbsp Roasted Peanut Powder
  • 2 Tsp Crushed Green Chili
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • Oil For Frying
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Wash and soak the sabudana (sago) in water for 5-6 hours. Leave about 1/2 inch water above Sabudana (Sago). 
  2. You will notice that after 5-6 hours the sabudana (sago) has absorbed all the water and has puffed.
  3. Mix grated potatoes, crushed chili, roasted peanut powder, sugar and salt into soaked sabudana (sago).
  4. Make balls about 2 inch diameter.
  5. Fry it on medium heat until they are golden brown.

Notes

While making the balls don't press it hard, it will leave the the wadas uncooked in the middle.
