Method
- Wash and soak the sabudana (sago) in water for 5-6 hours. Leave about 1/2 inch water above Sabudana (Sago).
- You will notice that after 5-6 hours the sabudana (sago) has absorbed all the water and has puffed.
- Mix grated potatoes, crushed chili, roasted peanut powder, sugar and salt into soaked sabudana (sago).
- Make balls about 2 inch diameter.
- Fry it on medium heat until they are golden brown.
Notes
While making the balls don't press it hard, it will leave the the wadas uncooked in the middle.
