Ingredients
  

  • 1 Packet Puri
  • 8 Medium Potatoes
  • 4 Medium Onion
  • 2 Medium Tomato
  • 1 Packet Of Thin Shev
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • Red Chutney
  • Green Chutney
  • Dates And Tamarind Chutney

Method
 

  1. Prepare red, green, dates and tamarind chutney.
  2. Boil potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Finely chop onions and tomatoes.
Assembly:
  1. Arrange the puries on a plate.
  2. Add potatoes, onions and tomatoes to it.
  3. Sprinkle shev on it.
  4. Add red, green, dates and tamarind chutney as per taste.
  5. Sprinkle chat masala.
