Ingredients
Method
- Cook the corn in pressure cooker (about 3 whistles).
- In a blender coarsely crush 1/2 of the corn.

- Chop green beans, carrots, spring onion finely.

- In a pot boil water. Add green beans, carrots, corn. Let it simmer for 10 minutes covering the pot.

- Add spring onion, sugar and salt.

- Dissolve corn starch in 2 tbsp of water.

- Add coarsely crushed corn and corn starch. Let it boil for 10 minutes on low heat.

- Serve it hot along with condiments like chili and soya sauce.

Notes
Add a little less salt then needed as it is served with soya sauce which has salty taste.
