Vegetable Club Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Bread Slices
  • 100 Gm French Beans
  • 2 Medium Beet Roots
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • Green Chutney
  • 100 Gm Salted Butter
  • 4 Cubes Processed Cheese

Method
 

  1. Boil water. Blanch french beans in it for 5 minutes. Remove the beans and keep it in ice cold water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and chop it finely.
  2. Cook beet and finely slice it.
  3. Chop onions, tomatoes.
  4. Grate the cheese cubes.
For Assembling Sandwich:
  1. Apply butter on both slices of bread.
  2. Apply chutney on both slices of bread.
  3. Add onion slices.
  4. Add tomato slices.
  5. Add beet slices.
  6. Add chopped french beans.
  7. Add grated cheese.
  8. Apply butter and heat it on the tava on both sides till the cheese is melted.
