Method
- Cook the moong dal in pressure cooker by adding 1 cup of water.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt in the cooked moong dal. Mix well.
- Mix 1 cup of wheat flour and knead the dough. Use as much less water as needed. If you think the dough is watery then adjust the whet flour accordingly.

- Make dough balls around 3 inches in diameter.

- Roll the paratha using a rolling pin.

- Roast it on a pan by applying oil on both the sides.

Notes
You can add coriander leaves in this paratha. Adjust the chilli powder as per your liking.
