  • 1 Small Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 200 Gm Mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
  • 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 10 Garlic Cloves (Peeled)
  • 100 Gm Mozarella Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)

Instructions

  • Wash and chop all the vegetables into big pieces.
  • Wash and shallow fry the mushrooms. There should not be any water left in mushrooms.

For White Sauce:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic and saute it for a minute.
  • Add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour and saute it for a minute. Whisk continuously otherwise the flour will stick to the pan.
  • Whisk the milk slowly until all the lumps are gone.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Grate mozzarella and processed cheese and mix in the white sauce . Cook for 2 minutes until all the cheese is melted. Whisk continuously.
  • In a baking dish arrange all the chopped vegetables. Pour the white sauce and bake it at 200 C for 15 minutes.

Notes

I used fat free milk as we are using lot of cheese and there is really no need for full cream milk.
