Pav Bhaji

Who doesn’t love Pav bhaji !! It is one of those dishes that one finds on the menu of many restaurants in Mumbai and its suberbs. Also it is prepared in many home’s as everyone in the household including the children love it.

In this recipe I have tried to replicate the taste of the Pav bhaji we get in restaurants using store bought Masala. One of the tricks I have learnt over the years is adding Egg curry or Mutton or Chicken Masala along with Pav Bhaji Masala.

So go ahead and try it and please share feedback.
