Coriander And Mint Chutney
This is a multi purpose chutney. It is is used in chat dishes like Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, Ragada Patice, Shev Puri. The mint and coriander gives a nice fresh taste to many dishes.

Ingredients
- 4 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 Cup Mint Leaves
- 1-2 Green Chilies
- 1 Tsp Lemon
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
- In a blender mix coriander and mint leaves, green chili, sugar, salt.
- Squeeze lemon juice.
- Blend everything together by gradually adding water.
