Method
- Pressure cook potatoes, peas and cauliflower in a cooker. Mash the potatoes.
- Finely chop onions, tomatoes and green simla mirchi.
- In a pan heat 2 Tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds and allow it to sputter. Then add 2 Tsp red chutney, pav bhaji masala and mutton curry masala. Saute it for a minute.
- Add chopped onion, tomatoes and green simla mirchi. Add salt and 1/2 cup water. Put a lid on the pan and cook all the vegetables.
- Add cooked peas, cauliflower and mashed potatoes.
- Mash all the bhaji with masher.
Pav Bhaji Chutney:
- Boil 7-8 kashmiri red chilies in water for 10-15 minutes. Switch off the stove and put a lid on it.
- Keep it covered for 20 minutes.
- Remove all the seeds from the chilies.
- Grind the chilies in the blender along with 10 garlic cloves and 1 Tsp cumin seeds. Add salt.
