Kokum Soda
Kokum Sherbet is a popular drink from konkan region of Maharashtra. Kokum cools the body and is a good summer drink. The added benefit of soda and cumin powder is it helps in digestion.This is my sister-in-laws recipe. I have only added cumin powder to her recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Kokum Syrup
- 4 Cup Plain Soda
- 1/4th Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Instructions
- Mix kokum syrup and plain soda.
- Sprinkle cumin powder and serve.
Notes
Use cold soda. Additionally you can add ice cubes while serving.
Prepare this recipe just before serving.
I have a kokum syrup which already had sugar. If you want more sweetness then dissolved 2 tbsp sugar in 1 cup of syrup and then add soda.
