Amras

Amras (Mango Pulp) is a seasonal delicacy in Maharashtra. Amras made from Alphanso magoes tastes best. It is traditionally served with puris. It can also be served with chapaties.

  • 10 Ripened Mangoes

Method
 

  1. Peel the mangoes. 
  2. Remove all the pulp.
  3. Remove lumps.
  4. You can also freeze the pulp this way in the air tight container to use year around.
