Spring Onion Sabji

This is a quick and tasty dish. This is my mother’s recipe. Spring onions take very little time to cook. This dish gets a spicy taste with red chili powder and a nutty taste with roasted gram flour. Combined with spring onions these everyday ingredients create magic. This is a bit dry vegetable dish. This dish can be served with Chapati/Bhakri.
