Carrot Paratha
Carrot paratha is a healthy kids lunch box dish and can be made quickly. It can be served with yogurt or ketchup or green chutney.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
- 1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
- 4 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- Water
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, ajwain, plain yogurt, chopped coriander leaves and salt to the grated carrots.
- Mix wheat flour.
- Knead The dough using water.
- Roll the dough using a rolling pin.
- Cook it on the tava on medium heat using oil on both sides.
Notes
Use of yogurt while kneading the dough makes a soft paratha. This paratha can be served with ketchup/ Plain yogurt or green chutney.
