Thalipith

Thalipith is a classic Maharashtrian dish. Thalipith flour is made by mixing and roasting rice, chana dal, urad dal, whole wheat, coriander seeds, cumin seeds etc. This flour itself has a lot of flavor. You just need to add fresh coriander powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves. You can adjust the heat level by adding more or less red chili powder. This is served with plan yogurt or unsalted white butter. Rather than preparing the flour you can buy it from a store to same time and effort.
