Oil For Shallow frying

Instructions
Mix thalipith bhajani, chopped onion, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt. Mix well.
Add lukewarm water and knead a dough.
Make small balls. Press them with hand and make pan cake.
Cook it on the flat griddle by brushing it with oil on both sides.
Put a lid on and cook it.
Notes
While making pan cake by hand, cut open use inside of plastic bag. Apply some oil and then press the thalipith balls so that they will not stick.
