Tomato curry

Tomato curry is a dish that can be whipped up in a jiffy. It is a sweet and tangy curry. The recipe is my mother’s recipe. Buttermilk is a secret ingredient in this recipe which adds sour taste as well as creaminess to this dish. Clarified butter gives nutty taste. This dish is wholesome comfort food during cold winter days. This dish can be served with Pulav/Plain Rice/Masale Bhat.
