Raw Mango Curry
This is a very simple curry recipe. The raw mango’s sour taste is the center of the recipe here. It is compensated with sweet sugar and bitter fenugreek seeds. The curry is served with plain white rice.

- 1 Raw Mango Core
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
- 2 Cup Water
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the raw mango core in pressure cooker with some water.
- In a pot heat oil. Add cumin seeds.
- When cumin seeds starts to sputter, add fenugreek seeds and asafoetida.
- Add cooked raw mango core.
- Add water, sugar and salt. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

You can adjust the sweetness as per your liking.
