Garlic Bread
Garlic Bread is our family favorite side dish that we always order with pizza. I wanted to try making it at home so I bought dry yeast packet and followed the directions written on the packet to make bread. To add a touch of garlic flavor, I have used garlic butter. Turned out they are quick and easy to make. I hope you will try and agree with me.

- 500 Gm. All Purpose Flour
- 25 Gm. Dry Yeast
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 100 Gm. Garlic Butter
- Salt
Instructions
Prepare Yeast:
- Heat 1/2 cup water in a microwave for 30 seconds. Dissolve sugar in it. Add dry yeast and stir till the yeast granules melt. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Mix all purpose flour, salt, yeast and knead it into a dough adding little water. I used about 1/2 cup of water. The dough should be soft and elastic.
- Add oil and knead it again.
- In a large bowl keep the dough and cover it with damp cloth. Keep the dough for 20 minutes to prove.
- After 20 minutes you will find that the dough had raised to almost double its original size.
- Roll the dough with rolling pin. Prepare the garlic bread stick in the shape you like.
- Line the baking tray with aluminium foil and brush it with olive oil.
- Arrange the garlic sticks on a baking tray and brush it with garlic butter on top.
- Bake the garlic sticks in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
