Mango Lassi
Mango lassi is a yogurt based mango smoothie. With a handful of ingredients mango pulp is transformed into a restaurant style drink. Try it you will love it.

- 3/4th Cup Mango Pulp
- 1 Cup Plain White Yogurt
- 5 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together.
Notes
I have used homemade frozen mango pulp which does not contain any sugar. If using store bought mango pulp adjust the sugar accordingly.
Keep it in the refrigerator for couple of hours and serve it cold.
