Instructions
Chop okra.
In a pan mix chopped okra with whole green chilies, amsul and half of the buttermilk.
Cook it on a low heat covered with the lid.
Add remaining buttermilk as the liquid evaporates wile cooking.
Bruise the cooked green chilies to release their spicy flavour.
Let the mixture cool.
Add roasted peanut powder, yogurt, chopped coriander leaves, sugar, salt.
Serve at room temperature.
