Instructions
Mix Sooji, sugar, yogurt, milk and keep aside for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Add mango pulp, unsalted butter, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
Prepare the baking pan by brushing unsalted butter.
Pour the cake batter and tap the pan to remove any air bubbles.
Bake the cake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
Once the cake cools you can decorate it with mango pulp.
