Method
- Mix Sooji, sugar, yogurt, milk and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Add mango pulp, unsalted butter, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
- Prepare the baking pan by brushing unsalted butter.
- Pour the cake batter and tap the pan to remove any air bubbles.
- Bake the cake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
Once the cake cools you can decorate it with mango pulp.
