Method
- Mash banana and make puree.

- In a mixing bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.

- Beat it on medium speed for 30 seconds.
- Add sugar and beat for 3 minutes.

- Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

- Add dry ingredients to the wet and beat for 20 seconds.

- Butter the bread pan a sprinkle some flour.

- Pour the batter.

- Bake in preheated 175 C oven for 30-35 minutes.

- Slice the bread after it cools down and serve.
