Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1/4th Cup Roasted Unsalted Peanut Powder
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1-2 Green Chilies
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and grate carrot.
  2. Chop tomatoes.
  3. Chop green chilies and coriander leaves.
  4. Mix carrot, tomatoes, yogurt, roasted unsalted peanut powder, chilies, coriander leaves, sugar, salt.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
