Method
- Wash the flattened rice. Drain all the water.
- Chop green chilies.
- Chop coriander leaves.
- Mix flattened rice, plain yogurt, plain milk, green chilies, roasted peanuts, chopped bananas, sugar, salt, chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve pohe at room temperature.
Notes
The flattened rice soaks up all the liquid. So if you are making this dish ahead of time then you might have to add yogurt and milk again before serving it.
