Dates And Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 250 Gm Dates
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/4 Cup Jaggary
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 3/4th Cup Water
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 1 hour.
  2. Deseed the dates.
  3. In a blender mix dates, tamarind pulp, jaggary, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and blend it to a fine puree by gradually adding water.

Notes

I have used store bought ready to use tamarind pulp.
