Instructions
Chop onion and tomato into small pieces.
Grate the paneer.
Make the tadka. Heat the oil then add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds starts to sputter, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, chopped chili and crushed garlic.
Add chopped onion, sugar, salt and saute it for 10 minutes.
Add chopped tomato and saute it for 5 minutes.
Add garam masala.
Add grated paneer and saute it for 5 minutes.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
