Instructions
Boil and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
In a pot make the tadka by heating oil and adding mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder.
Add curry leaves and chopped green chili and grated ginger.
Add chopped potatoes and saute it for 5 minutes.
Add grated fresh coconut, salt and sugar and saute it for 5 minutes.
Just before serving add chopped coriander leaves.
