Instructions
Cut banana into halves and cook them in the pressure cooker (3 whistles).
Grate the bananas.
Chop fresh coriander leaves.
Add ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix wheat flour and knead a dough.
Make dough balls.
Dust some flour and roll it with a rolling pin.
Roast it on the flat griddle using oil on both the sides.
