Instructions
Wash and soak sabudana (sago) in water for 5-6 hours. The water level should be 1 inch above sabudana (sago).
Soak saffron in 1 tbsp water for 10 minutes.
In a pot heat milk and water.
When the bubbles starts to form on the corner, add sabudana (sago), sugar and mix well. Let it boil.
Add cardamom powder, saffron and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
