Method
- Chop tomato, onion and coriander leaves finely.
- Mix gram flour, chopped tomato, onion, coriander leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, sugar, salt and water. The consistency should be like pan cake mixture.
- Heat a tava. Add some oil. Cook omlets (pan cake size) on both the sides.
Notes
You can substitute chopped green chilies instead of red chili powder.
