Tomato Omlet

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Medium Size Tomatoes
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Oil
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Chop tomato, onion and coriander leaves finely. 
  2. Mix gram flour, chopped tomato, onion, coriander leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, sugar, salt and water. The consistency should be like pan cake mixture.
  3. Heat a tava. Add some oil. Cook omlets (pan cake size) on both the sides.

Notes

You can substitute chopped green chilies instead of red chili powder.
