Raw Banana Paratha
Raw bananas contain a lot more vitamins and minerals than ripe bananas. But unlike ripe bananas we cannot consume raw bananas as is. They have a very subtle taste. I make these parathas with raw bananas. This way we can be benefited from the essential nutrients of raw banana. This is a very good option for kids lunch box.

- 5-6 Raw Banana
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut banana into halves and cook them in the pressure cooker (3 whistles).
- Grate the bananas.
- Chop fresh coriander leaves.
- Add ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt, coriander leaves and salt.
- Mix wheat flour and knead a dough.
- Make dough balls.
- Dust some flour and roll it with a rolling pin.
- Roast it on the flat griddle using oil on both the sides.
