Masala Sandwich

This masala sandwich brings special memories from collage days. We used to have a sandwich wala (sandwich maker) in our collage alley. Back then we used to treat ourselves with masala sandwich on special occasions like Friendship Day, Traditional Day, Rose Day and so on. When I first made this sandwich at home and served it to my daughter, it was with lots of stories on the side. The sandwich is very appetizing, satisfying all the taste buds. The stuffing, spicy chutney, cheese cube and chaat masala and I say what more do you want. Serve the sandwich hot with more chutney on the side and ketchup.
