Pineapple Raita
Pineapple raita is a yogurt based refreshing side dish. We always eat it with vegetable biryani. It cools your palate after eating spicy biryani. A bit tangy taste of pineapple is well balance with pomegranate seeds and sugar. Chaat masala gives the raita its unique taste.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 3 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 5 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, sugar, chaat masala and salt.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Add pineapple pieces and pomegranate seeds just before serving.
