Carrot And Tomato Raita
The raita is a made with carrot and tomatoes. It is another simple side dish. The sweet taste of carrot and a bit tangy taste of tomatoes complements each other. It is generally served with rice dishes like Pulav, Biryani or Masale Bhat.

Ingredients
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 3 Medium Tomatoes
- 1/4th Cup Roasted Unsalted Peanut Powder
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1-2 Green Chilies
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Salt
Instructions
- Peel and grate carrot.
- Chop tomatoes.
- Chop green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Mix carrot, tomatoes, yogurt, roasted unsalted peanut powder, chilies, coriander leaves, sugar, salt.
- Serve at room temperature.
