Vegetable Club Sandwich
This is our favorite club sandwich dish. The green chutney and all the other vegetables combined provides freshness to the sandwich. French beans and beet root is added to the traditional chutney sandwich recipe. This sandwich is a wholesome dish as it includes lots of veggis along with cheese and bread. Ingredients:
Vegetable Club Sandwich
Ingredients
- 8 Bread Slices
- 100 Gm French Beans
- 2 Medium Beet Roots
- 2 Medium Onions
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- Green Chutney
- 100 Gm Salted Butter
- 4 Cubes Processed Cheese
Instructions
- Boil water. Blanch french beans in it for 5 minutes. Remove the beans and keep it in ice cold water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and chop it finely.
- Cook beet and finely slice it.
- Chop onions, tomatoes.
- Grate the cheese cubes.
For Assembling Sandwich:
- Apply butter on both slices of bread.
- Apply chutney on both slices of bread.
- Add onion slices.
- Add tomato slices.
- Add beet slices.
- Add chopped french beans.
- Add grated cheese.
- Apply butter and heat it on the tava on both sides till the cheese is melted.
